This is a site in Korean
However, it is exposed to the top on Google in all ip except Korea
It's very low ranking only in Korea

i search by IP of all countries except Korea, you will be ranked second
But if you search with Korean ip, the ranking is too low

I don't know.
Maybe because the ip I used to build the link was Japan..
It is ranked second in all countries except Korean ip.
However, the ranking is very low in the Korean ip.

I have hard time understanding, the keyword must be in Korean right?
Then possible explanation would be that keyword has strong competition in the Korean search.
If that is not the case, honestly I don't know.
What is your niche by the way?
