Ranked 1st page of YouTube, how do I keep ranking?

I've managed to come to the first page for my KW. It's an easy keyword, really easy and all I did was some HR views, likes and comments. I can't pass the top 6 or so videos, and those videos suck SEO wise. How do I improve my ranking?

Ranking on Google will make sense rather than Youtube....treat that video like a website.
