I have a blog which I have recently xrumered and jumped from nothing to #13 on G.com. On g.com.my which is my primary target, I am at spot #400. How do I rank higher in g.com.my?

Build some authority profiles links from HIGH PR, edu and gov domains, Specifically for google.com.my seo's . IT WORKS like a charm.
