I bought the service, but till now it seems to be undersized considering the huge amount of subscribers.
In fact, now you can read in RankCipher's dashboard this statement:
"We are experiencing extremely heavy load on our servers because of an overwhelming response this product has received and so many people have joined within no time. We have already increased our capacity and further increasing it. If you experience any problems during campaign saving or no backlinks being created, please be patient, the campaign queue just got a bit bigger, we are trying to clear that up asap."
Till now it is almost unusable at all, because created campaigns don't start and stay in queue. The hope is that they really will improve their service.
