rankbuilder neo or GSA search engine ranker?

I have never heard of RankBuilder before, but after seeing some screenshots from 2012, it's not socket based, but browser based. That makes it significantly slower than GSA. Also GSA SER has beem receiving awesome reviews, and it's getting constantly updated, something I don't know is true for RankBuilder.
If I am wrong about RankBuilder, please correct me!

I have heard about RankBuilder and it cant begin to compare to gsa. GSA cost less and with time it will be better than any software out there.
Why?
Simply because its updated every day, Sven (guy that makes this and several more cool software) is working every day to improve it.
Also it has a huge following.
Not to mention the price. Its very cheap, 89 $ I believe.

Search in this forum a member named FatSteve, his video tutorial is awesome and easy to understand. GSA can be a double edge sword on your Tier 1. It can be powerful (quality high PR, low OBL link) or it can be horrible (low to no PR, high OBL).
Most software will do the same job, submit links, but you are the one who have to tweak and scrape in order to find quality list.
