Rankbook? Whats the alternative?

Hi guys, I have come across the Rankbook software and was quite enthusiastic about it untill I read about the scamming practises this service has. So I made a healthy reason not to buy this product. I was wondering though, is there an alternative for it, something that works the same..

What Im looking for is a piece of software which can be used for the following on facebook:
* Mass messaging your friend list (with time set intervals option)
* Spam proof

looks like you might have to create your own.. either way no such thing as SPAM proof! Spam proof means you posting yourself!
