Rank Tracking SEO Project Managment Software?

Hey All,

I currently use Rank Tracker by Link Assistant to track my 4 websites keywords (~800 keywords each site). It does a great job but here is my trouble..

What's not measured can't be managed right? Well its a total pain in the... to track projects(Example..project to increase rankings on a 10 keyword group) in a separate excel file then track the project against the keywords to really show what IS and what is NOT effective.

What I am looking for is a great rank tracking software that also allows the user to apply length/organized notes against keywords, not just a text box/column for notes.

Any ideas?

i was looking to develop something in the new year that allows you to keep track of all your projects.

So it would track what you have done, links you have built, your rank, what paid services you have used, total cost, live link checker, customer reporting, account names, passwords etc.

You could then cross ref any serp movement against your link building efforts.

Basically at a glance you could see all your efforts on any given project and report this to your client. I have the blue print for it, I just need to make a start (or tell my dev guy too)
