Does anyone know of a good keyword rank checking service/tool that can check subpages?

i.e. check http://www.domain.com/sub1, http://www.domain.com/sub2 ONLY

and will not check http://www.domain.com

Serpbook is my choice you can track subpages there, it provides relevant data. Even you can track youtube videos.
