Rank Tracking for 'Local'?

I've been doing a search for a tool that can track keyword ranking for LOCAL results, but havent found anything. There are tons of tools that can track keyword ranking in normal organic search, but what I am looking for is something that tracks 'local listing' results of certain cities.

For examples, lets say I am trying to rank locally for 'electrician new york', I need to know where my site ranks in the google local listing for new york. are there tools out there that can do this?

Use a normal rank tracker but also use a VPN service and change the I.p to the city for which you are trying to rank. I think this works

There are 2 tools I find effective for checking local ranks. These are: WebMeUp - the online tool lets set different search filters, such as language, location (country/city) and others:

And Rank Tracker (by Link-Assistant) - that's a desktop app for checking keyword ranks on different levels (country/state/city):
