SEO Sheer is just for 2 moths free after it you have to pay for utilizing it. WhatsmybSERP, I've utilized it and didn't get any exact results. To the extent concern CuteRank, I am utilizing it since long and thought that it was valuable for attaching decisive word positioning. You can utilize it.

Get rank tracker from link-assistant. It is a one time-fee software. It is self hosted though. You have to run it everyday. Or you can get a VPS. I don't if it is available for MAC however.
 
Forget about apps, they need proxies. Use a web based rank tracker such as SerpBuddy.
