I like rank tracker by link-assistant, infact I was about to buy it until I read their little ** on the sales page stating I'd only get search algo updates for 6 months...then it's $20/mo after that.
Is this really worth it? Does anyone pay the $20/mo on top of the $99 initial fee?

I find I can't even generate full reports because the ips get banned too quickly.

A bit older version, which might still work, was available in the Downloads section for free. Look around.

I personally prefer microsite masters, used both and this one is much better imo

I am using Serpbuddy at the moment and its going pretty good at the moment. Saves alot of time IMO.

I use it, and not a cracked version, but I don't pay $20 per month.

Maybe thats new pricing and I'm on a different plan. I do pay a yearly fee, but nowhere near $20 x 12.

there's probably better/cheaper soloutions out there, but I like the history tracking that you get by sticking to 1 program for the task. I've had it 3 or so years now.

If you pay for 3 years of upgrades it comes to $3/mo. Not too bad.
I just bought it. The only problem is it never finishes doing the keyword queries...the campaign either gets paused (i enforce human factors and delays) or the ip gets banned too easily even w/ proxies.

I've been using it for the past year and love it. If you purchase a long term subscription its much cheaper. You need to put in search delays or the proxies get burned quickly. FYI I use private proxies.

Most of the web-based seo trackers I found have a limitation on domains and keywords (usually 50 for the base plan)...something I didn't like.

I don't think the updates are $20/month after 6 months, are they? It's like $40 for 6 months or something.

Anyway, it's not the greatest tool and it's a bit slow at times but it gets the job done. I still use it.

I think that both SerpBuddy and SerpBook are very good based on their info...

But I personally use Serpbook and can say that I'm 100% happy with it. It includes multiple updates a day to Google, Bing and Yahoo rankings, Day, Week and Month comparisons, backlinks for the domain and monthly searches for each keyword and even graphs.

You can search for both of the above on BHW - they both have popular BST threads.

What does BST mean?

I have rank tracker, it's ok, but I like the desktop version of webceo better; I bought it a few years ago for $349, but now it looks like it's $499. it does a lot of other things too, I think I spent $149 for 18 months of updates. Now All the Pros are using Raven Tools, they are supposed to be the best, but a bit pricey unless you are already making bank.

rank tracker isn't the greatest solution I found, but one nice thing is that it has unlimited domains and keywords. However I find even w/ proxies, rank queries to the serps keep getting the ips banned.

use the ranktracker free version just dont turn your computer off then you dont have to save projects :) then take screen shots of rankings its as good asfree
