Hello guys,

Can we beat the Local SEO Results?

For example like a image below;

I typed in Google for 'best hotels in dubai'

and then the local Google maps results come.

But i need to know how can we beat this local Google map results and a simple web url appear first?

I need your suggestions

Occasionally you see sites that manage it, but instead why not get your Google places address verified and use local SEO to rank top of the pack?

Lots of citation and a well optimized page with strong clear images, video and 360 shop walk through will probably set you back like $1000... but it will be a rock solid way to do it and should bring in some good results.

Looks like you've got some heavy competition there, Google Adwords will only get you so far. The top two listings are for sites you won't be able to beat without a heavy budget and an intense SEO plan, and I bet the first and third map results are generated from trip advisor, and they will be tough to beat.

Why not to verified your property with google ? Or you can run adwords .

Yea, I believe that is set by Google, and it's difficult to override their settings, unless if it is an ad from Adwords. So another way to beat that would be to get your business listed on Google Map - get your business address verified by requesting Google to send a verification code to the address, and once verified, your property would also be listed for specific search on their search engine. I've got mine listed, and I find the effort to get this done rather simple and effective for local SERP traffic, which can be converted into leads.

Google ads would play a major role in it and we have a less chance to out beat it.
As @PepsiGuy quoted, you can optimize the page and try doing local SEO to outrank them.

Google is in the travel business. You will never beat them for any travel related terms.

Get your Address verified and ask your friend to give positive reviews by signing in their gmail account.
As said by another member it will be hard to beat 1st and 3rd result of google map.

Do some social media promotion here dude.

We can't replace google places with Web results. Google will give priority to its own results. Get some listings on google places.
