Rank & Rent Method Content

For the Rank and Rent Local Method, I'm a little confused about the type of content for the site.

Do you add:
1)Review page (once you get a client then add then info)
2)General content

Whats the best method of renting these types of pages out?
1)Lightbox overlay
2)Call tracking

Anyone on here having success with this method?

This method can work if you are a good sales person on the phone.
 
I'm currently doing this. I write general content then overlay their site on top of mine.
 
Rankings holding. It's no different than if you were to embed a YouTube video on your page.
 
I am currently ranking on pages 2-5. Haven't built any links to the pages yet. Just some social signals to home and a few pages.
Obviously you can't get citations, so i guess pbn links are really the only option.

Did you use only pbn links to rank?

My search volume is quite low in most cities and know that ill probably have to rank in the top 2 to get any leads.

@OP,

Try building some web 2.0s first, see what happens, and then start building a PBN if you need it.
