Rank only via GSA?

I want to rank my medium KW.
But the problem is I don't have enough time to setup 20-30 web2.0s with unique articles and add unique content once a week.
So I will let GSA do the rest, but I don't know if it's still possible?
It's not churn and burn I want to rank in the long term!
Any tips?

Yes. Unique high quality web 2.0s is the way to go. They are time consuming but worth the effort. If you are really time crunched, you can try some web 2.0 sellers in BST. But I find them lacking in quality so I started building my own.. Also try to build your own high PR network as they are very effective these days.

You COULD only use GSA blasts to rank your site, but I find that too risky as that may get your site penalized (if it's new). I would much rather spend some extra time making web 2.0's because I might even be able to reuse them for ranking other sites of mine.
