Not sure if you will get good replys here. But you can also try to post a job offer on odesk or elance. You will get good freelancers, good prices too.

If I jnderstand you right, so you mean upload, buy views likes do "manual" comments & social signals as much as possible..."but" wait & hope you pay nicely when its ranked?!!!

I doubt it you find someone...at least not me
