can you elaborate on the fastest concept? do you mean your pagespeed metrics improved when you used SEO Framework, vs using yoast and rank math?

The SEO Framework is free, or a monthly subscription for the pro add-on´s. You will be fine with the free one.

I have never had any problem, maybe a couple of days weird behavior in the search engines at most, but back to normal after that.
