Rank local with US campaigns

Hey there,
I started a week ago with the 10.000 online/offline hybrid method (u know.. the thread..)
My dentists seem to be seo guru's because I have for local seo very hard competition.

My question is now if I can improve my ranking in germany with backlinks from english sites (e.g. with entri3's service).

Has somebody some experience with that?

yes you can. i am also top ranking in germany with some de sites and backlinks from com, net or other country tlds.
