Hello guys.

Is it still posible to rank with a new domain/website in a better sleep niche?

Right now i am doing Keyword research and topic research with semrush and find 40 topics. All my articles should be 1500-2000 words.

I have a very good authority site writer. Is it possible that a Doctor proofread my articles and linked to his LinkedIN?
 
Guest posts in health related niches and link swaps are good options for your niche site plan

That is an unnecessary expense in my opinion.

Health niche is very competitive niche. First you should have unique and quality content with Dr. author profile. And then, at starting focus only on quality links, it creates trust to your site. Share in on social media sites like reddit. Check your site speed and optimize if for mobile users. Keep on monitoring your results and backlinks.

  • Have related niche backlinks.
  • On-page is good.
  • Page load time is good.
  • Most importantly you have patience(it may take over 6 months).

Yes, Strong backlinks, Unique contents, Social media singles guest post in health related niche.check site speed, always check your backlinks and its result..
 
Any health niche is harder than any other niche, can be done just hard work.

make sure the commission worth the hassle.

Before doing these steps.. Keywords are very important for startup your website.
 
You have planned well but it can take some time to rank in this niche based on type of link building you do.
 
I had a sleep forum and a dedicated blog in that niche. It's very hard to rank good in the health niche as Google wants content from educated (MD) people. Please consider this :)
