Rank For Fairly Simple Keyword Entirely

Hi all.
I'm in the midst of doing SEO for my uncle (I'm only 15 years old). I told him about how I am "getting into SEO", and he said he had some work for me. On a website that checks the SEO difficulty of keywords, it is 17, so not very difficult. I have like 45 dollars worth of credits on a site that has a marketplace of SEO services such as backlinks and social signals, if anyone could message me and help me out it would be much appreciated. I understand this sounds very "newbie", it's just I never really meant I like doing website SEO, I like ranking YouTube videos more.

If it is not hard to rank, why not build contextual links yourself or use the search function to find the guides on how to rank?

I did search finding guides on how to rank, it's just I am in the midst of a big project with a good friend of mine that owns a product and I'm predicting some big numbers in the months to come, I just don't want to spend too long on it, that's why I was hoping I could outsource the whole thing, but now I understand that BHW doesn't like talking about other SEO marketplaces, so can anyone recommend $10 and under best backlinks to buy on BHW marketplace? I've bought social signals already.

Ten to rank a KW is not going to work in any market place. If it were that easy we would all be doing it.
