Hello,

I'm paying for an SEO Package and I had my site ranked up to the 5th position, and now it dropped back down to the 9th position. The last time the website was on that position was on March 11th. Does anyone know why this happened? Do I contact the company? What do I do?

as weird as this may sound, do nothing in particular! Just continue building backlinks at a safe pace 5-6 backlinks per month if your domain is less than 6 months old), while at the same time posting content. Eventually, you will re-gain your rankings, maybe even improve them since now you have more backlinks. Just make sure you get guest posts / PBNs / niche edits / .edu blogging backlinks if possible cause these are the most powerful backlinks nowadays.

Rank dropping occurs due to various factors but it not fixed keep continue tracking main keywords.
Focus on content updating and continue building quality backlinks.

Agree with previous posters; don't do anything radical just yet. Keep an eye on it and continue with whatever you're doing in terms of internal linking, backlinks and on page optimizations.

I would only worry if the url had dropped completely out of the serps.

this is usually happening because google crawls your PBNs posts at first and found the links on the homepage,
then recrawls and it's disappeared since it's pushed back to the inner pages

yet, this is just an assumption, but many factors are involved and no one can actually know without getting a closer look at the website itself
