Thank you and you're correct. What I meant was sub pages not sub domains. Any rank checking tools/services which can check sub pages only?

I use Proranktracker. It can check any URL you want it to.

I do believe serpfox will allow you to check exact URLs (including subdomains) and it's free up to like 10 keywords/URL combos.
