Rank Checker Help!

Hi webmasters!

I would like to seek your thoughts about rankings. My team has done manual checking of my sites' ranking, however my list and my ranking tools (seo moz rank checker and ranktracker) have shown different results. My dilemma, my boss is freaking mad coz of the faulty results -- that's according to him.

Do you have any reliable ranking tools that you can suggest that I may use?

Did you check your localized domains in case you have one. It might differ based on the Google localized search engine. There are options in rank checker to check your local google search too. Check if that is correct.

thats a fact, all rank checking tool does not have the same result. try Rankerizer it might help on your comparison.

Just one more thing, which do you mostly rank? the Domain or the sub domain?
say that I have a website the domain and I used a keyword "website" and the search result shows that my subdomain is higher than my Domain...

I wanna know what's happening there.
