Rank and Rent Model

I’ve been exploring the Rank and Rent model and have a few questions about setting up the website and Google Business Profile (GBP). I’d love to get some advice from those who have experience with this model.

Here’s my situation:

• I’m creating a website targeting local businesses.
• The goal is to rank the site, generate leads, and rent those leads to local businesses.

My main questions are:

• Should I add my personal mobile number to the website and GBP?
• Should I include my actual address on the website and GBP, or should I use the address of the business renting it?

The address is difficult. If you want to rank in GBP, you need a real verified address, but not the one of the business that rents. A virtual office can work, but there are risks.
