Rank all the inner pages - how to backlink?

Hi.

I have a web page with around 40 inner pages, each one of them optimized for it's own keyword. I want to rank high for all of the 40 pages/keywords. My question is what would be the best way to build backlink? To all of the 40 inner pages, to only home page, etc. And what kind of backlinks would you use?

Btw, there is not much competition for these keywords.

if your site have enough authority then its very easy to rank inner pages for desired kw's. thats why ppl point most backlinks to ho,epage. but its not a good way to go. you should keep max link juice (60%) to homepage.bring the best links you can to your home page and then rest to inner pages.
if you got solid links on home page then you wont need to do aggressive linking for inner pages.since you are staring, get some anchored bl's via senuke,and amr...small regular blasts like 10-15 web 2.0 daily and 100 submissions via amr spread across all pages of ur site.
