Rank a news website in Arabic ?

Hi Everybody,
I have a general news website , I get around 10K traffic per day but more than 90% comes from facebook, I need to get higher ranking but I am confused with wich links i should buy for a news website that is in Arabic, Has anybody been in my position ?
