Rank a local software development business in Germany

Hello,

I'm running a 1-Man-Business as a software developer in Germany and I want to get a better ranking (at least in the local area over here).

What I have done so far:

- On Page SEO
- TLD domain with company name in it
- Domain is over one year old
- Keyword research done and assigned to every page
- 19 unique high quality german articles
- Activated Yoast SEO plugin and configured
- Pre-written articles that will be released every two weeks
- Connected with social media accounts
- Social media accounts getting updated every two weeks as well
- Optimized for mobile devices (responsive design)

And now comes the problem:

I have NO backlinks to my website. How can I get some high quality backlinks? REMEMBER: I'm from Germany, so maybe not every method is working over here. Can someone help me out and give me some tips?

• Buy listing in business directories
• Ask local online and offline magazines to guest write on them in return for back link or small ad space. I did this and it works.
• Post on relevant forums
• Post on relevant blogs
• Update social accounts more often
• Recently i had some success with info graphics, so try that too

You use wordpress for a software development business?

Anyway, if you get customers with websites they could list you as "partner" etc.
Also I second this:

Yes, I'm a web developer and my website theme is 100% selfmade. I also create a lot of custom themes for my customers. Thanks for your answers so far. Are partner backlinks still valuable these days?
