Rank 2 on KW but ...

I have rank 2 on my KW.

However, the first content that shows is a rich content (some kind of faq) and the guys who're behind that content is at place number 3.

I got a rich content with FAQ as well, and even though I'm ranked higher than him his rich content takes the first place. Why is that? And what can I do to change this?

The number 1 have Schema in place?

I have that as well. Added everything google wants. Added it like 2-3 days ago though, maybe it takes time for it to register?
