    Hey!

I have got JV with a .com owner, to market his xx.xxx$ worth domain (www.keyword1keyword2.com + registered in year 2000). No ranking because till now because it is just sedo parked. From my own experience I can say that this is a top buying keyword with 150K international searches per month and 700K results in quotes. I would like to set up the site in 6 different languages (European languages + English) to fill the site with as much relative content as possible. Another nice thing is that the keyword is international and used in English + German.

I would do some natural backlinking and then blast the hell out of xRumer. How easy would it be to achieve a top3 ranking with a 10year old domain name and xRumer? Or isnt it that easy? I am a xRumer noob :)

    cheers

Well... the domain is old but it does not have any indexing history does it?

The best advice here would be once again, IMHO, slow and steady content and backlink growth.

Don´t risk ban on your treasure domain. Xrumer is too black for this(unless you´re an expert), and the big Gay knows everything about it by now.

    Hey!

Yeah I think the domain does not have any indexing history. I checked the domain name in quotes but I found no exact results..

The problem is that I have some other offline businesses to run and no time for creating steady content and putting backlinks manually.

Is there a chance to achieve fast results? Because I will be honest with you - it is not my domain. I am just marketing it. If we can get some nice rank its ok.. and if the domain gets banned its ok too... the owner wouldnt use it anyways :)

In my opinion, your rank will still be influenced heavily by your content. xRumer doesn't instantly help you rank. Its a good tool for the road ahead. If the domain is extremely valuable like you say it is then I would recommend natural backlink growth and pure whitehat solutions. Just my two cents.

I find that ranking is more so based on the competition (sites already ranking). Use a tool like market samurai and see what you are up against.

However, sometimes if you have a well optimized site you can rank in some odd circumstances. I find that testing is the only real way to tell what works.

Don't just go by what people say on a forum...

Personally I don't think that the 10 year old help THAT much in the ranking. But well, like everyone said, steady content, backlink, some SEO service here in BHW and you should be good ! :p

Yeah! I was just wondering if I can blast out thousands of backlinks with xrumer without getting sandboxed because of the age...

Gay gets smarter by the hour, so my answer would be no. But, you know, you could make an auto blog of it, make the content be translated back and forth, so you´d get "original" content, then purchase a link building solution in here, like sum1 said.
Pm me for details, I can help on this.

Xrumer won't do much for the initial rank. Slap some good content, add a great design, and get some backlinks manually first. Put out a press release and spread the release as far as you can (includes backlinks). Then once you have a little bit of momentum, you can Xrumer blast profiles. Then you can Xrumer blast the universe. You have to tier it up to avoid the sandbox, and even then there might be a week that you are sandboxed.

I would definitely say to go the extra mile and have the highest-quality, keyword-targeted content you can get on there. Lots of crazy-cheap offers for content writing, so you can get good unique content that people actually like for <$30. That will help you rank no matter what, and really visitors & conversions are what matters most.
