Yes! In fact my profile traffic from searches doubled in the last several days since I gotten recommendations from several clients

I've been offered several "high paying" consulting gigs and invited to do some seminars so it definitely has improved my income.

I think I've tried this before. The problem I found was that I only appeared as #1 when I personally searched for the term for other searching though, not that lucky.
