Randomly Tag 50 People in an image

Hi,

I've seen some people using something where an image is uploaded and a random 50 people from that account are tagged in the image. Does anybody know what this tool is?

You can just tag 50 random people your self in less than 2 minutes, and when people remove them self off the tag add some more of different people.

I also do it manually. If there's a script that does it, I am all ears

I use to do manually,
I look for a friends who have alot friends like 3k or 5k and tag him manually.

I prefer manual tagging.
