Random Twitter permanent suspension?

Got randomly permanent suspension. Anyone deal with this before?

Personal account. Started tweeting one week ago, never really was on Twitter but started taking it serious now.

No reason given, appealed, and they gave me some generic reason saying It’s not reversible.

How can I create a new account that doesn’t ever get linked to this? On PC and IOS

You can open it with mobile internet from phone and use it from computer,
and if possible open the account with the phone number and then connect the mail

You can just create one through any means you prefer. Complete the account setup and verification, and all that. I'm curious as to what caused the perma-ban in the first place. Could it be a VPN or Proxy you use (if any), or something to do with account activity and other interaction related community guidelines violation?
