Random thread of the day

I feel like there should be a random thread of the day function that will just literally show you a random thread when you press on it / refresh the page. Like a button where the website menu is, next to the marketplace button for example.
This would help more threads to get these noticed as well, it would be a fun feature for sure.
For older threads: there are a lot of gems here that get buried sometimes, and I feel that such a feature (with a filter for old threads in that case) would help to revive these and get them noticed.

What exactly do you mean by this? That when you open up a random thread it shows you another one completely at random?

I mean like a button that you can press that will show you a random thread. For example it could go next to the marketplace button at the header area of the website, yes whenever you press it a new thread will open in a new tab or the same tab.

OK, now I understand. Personally I wouldn't really make use of it as all the threads being shown on the front page are basically all "random threads" if you know what I mean.
