This is kind of creepy as fuck, but I randomly got this sent to my inbox of my Personal email, which no one knows and plus I do not give out to anyone not even family, well I think I made a mistake here by replying to this email could I have possibly just leaked my location by doing so? meaning the individual has my IP?

does anyone know what are all these weird characters this individual was sending me? is it possibly some sort of secret code?

If you say "no one knows" do you mean you have an email account you don't use for anything? If you've registered anywhere with that mail someone knows it and email data quite often gets stolen or sold, sooner or later you'll get some spam.

Sorry dude, I have no idea what that is I don't get on this forum to often man.
Its just a spam mail, nothing else. Almost every person on this earth get such email.

who the knows, all I know is it's creepy as fuck and was wondering what everyone thinks of it, if anyone knows what the characters mean

Its from century .com mail servers and its pure promotion, sometime spammers just guess the mail ids, so even if you dont give it they have it calculated.

Two most likely possibilities - either some sort of mismatch in the spammers software - wrong encoding or something so that the message template they supplied got corrupted by the time it went through the software.

Or its a deliberate attempt to entice people into replying in order to warm up a range of IP addresses or verify a list of emails or something.
