random images geneator? wordpress theme?

Hey is there a theme which has about 5 pictures going sideways and 5 pictures down.
you click on the picture, and when you click 'next' a random picture from the gallery will show, etc?

You can do that with any theme... All you need to do is set up the page for it to be done.
Therefore my conclusion is that you need to either 1- Study, learn and practice or 2- hire someone to do it
