Anyone know of a website or something that will spam an e-mail address with randomized fake e-mails?

Noobie affiliate spamming, target and filter though different IP's in geograpical regions...

this would be useful, use it to destroy dickheads email accounts. I need one to spam [email protected] , he got one of my demonoid accounts banned. Any info on this would be appreciated, I think people use 'php mail bombers' look it up on google.
