Random and Weird!

2 Random domains that I do not own are pointing towards my Server IP, and it looks as if I am the owner of these shitty domains!.

what ever website I host on the server is the content these domains are displaying with out HTTPS.

what is the purpose of doing this and can any one even attach or point any domain to any web server IP ?

Another domain name which resolves to your domain's IP address ? It will screw up Google, since Google will try to index that other domain and will end up duplicating content of your's.
Seems that idiot has made some wrong entry in their DNS configuration, resulting in this issue for you.
Edit your .htaccess file and rewrite the rule to return "Gone" status for any url that is not (youractualdomain).com

I think that worth to check with your web hosting service provider in order to find out what is going on.
