Rand & Rend - GMB Question

Hi all,
I am reading a lot lately on Local SEO,
and I have 1 question that I didn't find the answer too

If I build a website its ranks as #1 in google.
and creating GMB, then when I want to rant it, I will need to change the name and the address to match the client?
or I can skip this, and just sell the leads?

If you have a spam page, which will be the first option you gave on a GMB, it will not last. You may get away with it for a while, but someone like me or a competitor with another SEO specialist will report it. Google allows you to change the name, and to change address without a new card if you are within 65 miles of the original address. So better to do it right. Use the KW and geo in the title and even change the category, just don't do it all the time or all at once. It also help to use a GMB lock so competitors/other SEOs cant screw with it. Good luck!
