Rambler Emails Blocked? Am I Screwed

Hi Guys,

Long time not posting. I am currently trying to fire up 30ish accounts all with 20k+ followers. BUT, they're all registered to Rambler emails and I don't have access to the phone numbers. When I try logging in, IG prompts me to send a verification code to either the registered phone number (which I don't have) or to the email address listed. The issue is, the emails are not coming through to the Rambler email addresses. Has Instagram blocked Rambler? Does anyone know any way around this?
