Your into loans

You got somethink that involves the loans concept .

You have fort of something that can be massive but new and needed big revenue to start it big.

It going to be branded business as you mention website ,and not who you are .

Hmmmmmmmmm

You spent time on this in your mind and on paper becouse you own 51% business meaning your still full director ....

Am i right?

Yes. It's in the loans niche but does not require a large amount of startup capital to begin with (Incorporation, identity/bank/job verification, credit pulls, etc... those fees...) although I have raised some money and possible much more behind.

Update: We're going to setup the legal framework for the corporation from the 17th to 19th this new week.
We're going with this lawyer: http://www.calstartuplawfirm.com/Attorneys/bryan-springmeyer.html

I think i have craked it

Your going to loan ebay to amazon

Lol

So it a company?

Not a ltd
Not a private

Will there be a office ?
Will there be employees ?

I just have.
Yes, I know, my message was intended for @super11, not you. And yet I agree with both of you - there is a chance that an idea can be stolen, but it's really not likely to happen. Instead of worrying that someone will see, adopt, have more knowledge and funds needed to carry out that particular idea and start working on it right away, surpassing and eliminating you, you should focus to actually doing something and making that idea the best it can possibly be.

We will be incorporating in Delaware as a C Corporation. There will be an office in the future. It will be based in San Francisco in California and yes, there will be employees.

I agree with you wholly. Now, if you were working on executing that idea, would you tell someone about your idea? Or would you just shut up about it and get it done? I think you'd choose the latter. That's what OP is doing.

Actually it depends. If the idea is at the beta stage and it could use some advice from regular users, i.e. feedback on UX, functions, etc., I would probably publish it. However, in this case it might be too early since there is nothing to show, as I understand

I have a website designed to convey the concept in what could be possible but we're re-working it and the backend still hasn't been developed.

We're working on that now.

I do leadgen myself for the construction industry. Would this be producing leads for fin or a software to help those who do lead gen

We'll be producing leads for direct lenders although we will end up partnering with a direct lender, ourselves, in the future.

We connected with our first potential borrower lead willing to pay $500/month in fees. We will be meeting in person soon and she'll be one of our first clients.

She wants to borrow $40,000. (I didn't explain our business model but it's seemingly very profitable and lucrative since markups are high in the finance industry.)

Also, picking up investor/friend from the airport tomorrow then we'll look for means of a legal framework (an attorney we have in mind if he's available.).

Thinking about whether to get the office in the peninsula of the bay area like Burlingame, San Mateo, Palo Alto, or San Francisco. I was thinking of initially renting an address but if we're going to get more than $30,000 in funding then I was thinking of getting a real office when the time is right for expansion and base building purposes.
