raise 10 year old wallpapers site?

Never did much work on this 10 year old + wallpapers and themes site I have as it was very popular. Have many pages of wallpapers specific to cars, celebs, motorcycles, etc. With all the new changes with SEO is there a way to push up these specific web pages for a model of car say that would work? Is it still the web 2 properties, then blast those?

Of course you can raise it much more easier than a brand new website. The question is if it's worth it? IMO this niche won't bring high profit nowadays.

Site is actually 15 years old has PA 53, DA 51 and used to be profitable. With all the individual pages I have i was trying to get back position. But now i am not found very high in SE. So I was researching a bit and it seems some large sites dominate searches and cant see how i could beat sites like fanpop, zedge, etc but sure would like to try. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Go mobile dude: "old" (800x600) wallpapers look good on new smartphones.
