On the contrary, you will be disappointed when you found nothing illegal things you wanted to find after a long time searching. This community is hilarious a more white hat SEO one.

And the bad thing of naming is "black hat world" is, I found that, many people just stay away this forum with even no idea what it is about, and also, a large batch of people immediately close the window when they see a "dark theme" .

IMHO, BHW should change theme to default white version.

I used to be one of those people. Lol.

Now I love the dark theme. Let others who have no fcking idea what this forum is all about continue to be scared and repugnant of its UI as fck. It keeps us clean and build us more togetherness as a community. That's what I feel.

The solid black itself is a strong feeling.

raidforums was sh** recently.

They banned me for nothing. Admins were racists.

THis is my revenge.

The issue with Raid Forums is they were reportedly under a multiple year investigation which means they likely received legal notices for many years to cease what they were doing from specific companies yet they continued. Specifically major corporations likely contacted the site owner to takedown critical site data that was compromised / hacked what was on his site for download and he didn't cooperate. In addition, they referenced that they believed he heavily profited from selling personal information of millions. In additional he's being tagged for money laundering, tax fraud, and cyber criminality in UK which are likely separate issues.

But Santos Coelho is alleged to have pocketed more than half a million euro out of a scam in which victims across the planet are believed to have lost around £400 million.

Obviously these corporations then were the catalyst which triggered what later became criminal charges.

As of Q2 2024, his cases appear pending.

Overall he basically just did everything he could to not follow the law.

did not age well :)

BHW being categorized as a competitor to RaidForums though:

Capture.PNG

BreachForums under investigation as well but for lesser issues and I think the owner has reached a criminal settlement.

HackForums still around does essentially same thing as RaidForums

Darkode taken down and 12 criminal charges were charged

Nulled still around does essentially same thing as RaidForums

Have to believe hackforums/nulled might be next.

dead sure bhw is being looked at, but owners seem to crack down on more "illegal" goods/services

also, it seem they will integrate kyc for sellers, so bhw could be converted to a honeypot as well

Where did you read they will integrate KYC for sellers?

if they wanted to come, they would of came knocking when second eye was here
among several others.

Hello FBI agents who are reading this thread.

We come in peace.
searched for kyc and this thread came up:

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/marketplace-2-0-kyc-what-will-the-requirements-be.1609226/

plus i also read it in some dispute threads where users were asking for escrow and mods/admins were commenting about marketplace 2.0 and their new kyc

We come in peace.
you don't come inpeace, vegeta :D

not really
sometimes the feds take their time to gather more data/info to create more cases or a stronger case

that has happened with darknet markets where the feds dont do anything to a seller until they have a strong enough case to really put some time on the seller and his buyers
