first there was an account purchase here I already bought one account from someone so I bought another one (but he didn't have a Gemini Pro for one year so I asked for a replacement I got an account that again didn't have any Gemini Pro) I wrote to him that it wasn't working again he switched me to Telegram and there he offered me another thing with the fact that he would deduct 15 euros from the Gemini Pro account for a year so I agreed I took another product I gave him the password and name and phone number from my account where he was supposed to activate the product and I got nothing except being ignored the next day so today

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I doubt I will get my money back which is a shame so ban this person and if possible a bigger appeal to your website to add some kind of storage option until the product is transferred
