File Sharing Sites are shutting down. I wonder why the feds didnt go after Rapidshare ?

i think rapidshare has servers in germany, hence rapoidshare.de the first domain rapidshare had.

File sharing sites will be there in one form or another. The popular ones are getting shut down, but there are hundreds of others out there.. People will just start using those. And the next batch of hundreds of others is waiting once they're shut down.

I just don't see feds/RIAA/Hollywood/etc. winning this fight in the long run.

Why is this thread in "affiliate programs" anyway...
