Fun fact of the man:
Summer 1958. Pelé was 17 years old, unknown outside of Brazil. He came to Sweden and the month-long training camp in Hindås outside Gothenburg with a knee injury and risked missing the championship. His teammates, impressed by his talent, stood by him, insisting that he not be dropped from the squad. They knew what they were doing. A few weeks later, Pelé scored two of the goals in the final against Sweden at Råsunda. After 5–2, Brazil were world champions for the first time.
