I have start-ups answer 10+ questions a day on various different accounts. WIthin time you answer more than 200+ questions, and can piggyback off Quora's traffic.

Answer questions and leave links at the last of the answer. However, you need to take a lot of precautions as well like not overdoing this otherwise people will report your account.
