Quora Growing Upvotes or bot?

Hello guys, I'm not sure if I'm on the right section of BHW to ask this question but someone may help me.
I use Quora for getting my traffic and I use SMM panels to get answer upvotes. That way I hold my answers at the top.
Eventually, I got competition and he use some kind of " Growing Quora Upvotes". That means his answers get around 100-200 upvotes every day.
Ok, I can order upvotes again and I will be on top again but eventually, he will suppress my answer.
It become quite annoying, and I can't find the service he uses. I'm not even sure if it's service or a bot but it's really hard to fight that.
If you guys have any clue what he use, I would be really thankful

Use drip-feed option if your panel has this and set the upvotes to pump after every hour.
