Quillbot Chrome Extension Issue

Is anyone having issues with Quillbot's Chrome extension with Google Docs?

I am running into this issue for weeks where it's unable to scan the document to paraphrase. The Quillbot icon just continuously rotates. The only solution is to refresh the page (F5), but I need to do this like every paragraph. It's really counterproductive at this point.

I have tried reaching out to Quillbot. Their CS is absolute trash. They haven't responded to my email inquiries for weeks.

Quillbot's website is not a solution either. It's just as buggy as their Chrome extension. I've lost hours of work there in recent weeks.

Yeah, I have the same problem. Might be a bug. The Quillbot's customer support team is "not very responsive" to say the least, so might take a while to get that fixed... For now I just have Quillbot open in a separate tab to copy-paste everything I have to paraphrase.

Yeah, I do, for now.

my google web browser stops working on my mac2012 OS Catalina, canva pro not work, websites not load and more of that..
Now export all passwords and bookmarks - then import it to Bing browser.

Opera and Bing browser working fast and smooth on mac2012 OS Catalina and Safari stops working too.....
I hope that Bing and Opera will working for another 3-4 years or I must install a tricky patch installation with Monterray or install Linux on my mac, there are complete Linux OS installed prepared boot usb sticks on ebay, so you need only put in that stick and following the instruction it will boot and install Linux.
