Rankerx can create quite a lot of social profiles. Manual creation will give you better control though.

Manually using proxies and bluestacks, There are probably some automated methods but would be very pricey

it doesnt create any lol nub

theres no linkedin/fb/twit/instag/anything so i wonder what you call social profiles

If you are talking about hundreds of accounts, you cannot create manually, there are softwares which will help you out.

if your phone is on disconnect from the wifi and turn your cellular data off then on and go to safari and create instagram accoun and repeat process you can make unlimited instagram accounts
