Quickly create WordPress blogs? a

Is there a tutorial here that can spin up a few blogs on WordPress quickly without spending too much time? I was told there are WordPress plugins to speed up the process.

This is not for writing content but just for setting up the blog itself.

Sure
Download (or buy) something like Generate Press
Go to their Library
Then Import it in.
There you have a fully functional wordpress blog that is fast and looks good.
Then you can just customize it to whatever you like.
