Doesn't happen over night, build quality, high authority backlinks IMO.
Will do, but like I said, I need the PR3 not the rankings and preferably with the tools I've mentioned.. Thanks mate

Yeah, use Scrapebox to find high PR blogs to post comments on. It would help if they were PR 5+. Make sure they are auto approve.
Then just do the comments. (manually)
Do this for the whole month or so, (about 20 comments per day), and it should help. I did this and Im on PR 2, not 3 yet but it did work.

Thanks a lot mates..One question though...Is it the site PR that is important or must you get the article page PR above 5?

PR3 is pretty easy. You can easy get it by the next Google PR update.

The site PR is irrelevant. You must comment on blog posts/pages with PR.

To the guy above me who mentioned that site PR is 'irrelevant', today I found one of my site hit PR 3 from "ONLY" site PR links, not PR page links. While it took a lot of sites to do this, it can be done.
The quickest way to a PR 3 is to just get a few homepage PR 4-5 links, simple.

In the past month I made 20 post-relative comments on blogs I found while trying to fix errors on my website. Google updated PR yesterday, my site is PR4. It was pretty effortless, I'd say just use your brain when making a reply, and use blogs to get the PR you want. Also note, my website is only 1 month old.

PR: |N/AI typo'd. It was 30(ish), not 20. That was the PR of all posts made. I made them when looking about a game I wanted to buy, and when trying to fix a few errors on my blog. I used my domain as the URL, and anchor text, and without knowing, voila, PR4. I also had no idea they had any PR at all, until I saw my site had PR4 and I checked each sites PR to find out.

If you can buy a few high PR links and also do blog commenting on high PR blogs with auto-approve options, you will definitely get your target soon.
